1. The pool is for the exclusive use of the homeoweners and their guest.
Homeowners will be responsible for all actions and conduct of their guest.
All guest must be accompanied by a homeowner.
2. The entry gate should be locked at all times, except when homeowners and guest are going
in or out of the pool area. Please do not leave the gate unlocked for others.
3. The pool opens at down and closes at dusk. There is not pool attendant on duty.
Swim at your own risk. Between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.,homeowners must yield to maintenance company for daily cleaning.
4. Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult 18 years or older.
5. The phone is intended for emergency use only.
6. The pool may be closed at any time due to either a mechanical breakdown,
weather conditions, or any other operational difficulty at the descretion of the Association.
Prior notification of the pool closing may not be given. A sign will be displayed on the front
enterance of the pool.
7. No glass is allowed in the pool area.
8. In accordance with the Wake County Health Department, persons with open wounds,
sores, or skin infections are not permitted in the pool area.
9. All children who are NOT potty trained MUST be in swim diapers.
10. Swimsuits are required for swimmers of all ages. "Cut-offs", or bandages are not permitted
in the pool because of possible damage to the pump and filter system.
11. No smoking in the pool area.
12. Profanity, runnning, horesplay, improper conduct or any behavior that is potentially dangerous
or offensive is not permitted. Radios may be used if they are played at low volume. Please be considerate of
neighboring homes and sleeping children.
13. Swimmers must get out of the water at any sign of thunder and/or lightning.
14. Loitering is not permitted.
15. No bicycles, skates, skateboards, or other trip hazards are allowed in the pool area.
16. All trash, including waste paper, should be deposited in the apporopriate receptacles.
Any food or beverage that is left on the ground should be washed off by the homeowener
(i.e. pretzels, goldfish, etc.).
Each homeowner is responsible for their own trash.
17. The Management and the Board reserve the right to deny use of the pool to anyone in violation
of the Pool Rules and Regulations at any time.
