PM Committees

Architectural - This committee is to maintain property values and the character of the community through monitoring exterior changes and improvement, to create a community that is aesthetically pleasing and functionally convenient. They also will insure that the homeowners adhere to the architectural regulations and guidelines established by and for the association, to review all architectural request recieved by the property management organization prior to teh pertinent meeting and make recommendations to the Board of Directors. Common Grounds - The purpose of this committe is to know and understand the Grounds Maintenance Contract. Be familiar with teh Common Ground and what the Landscaper does in each area. Follow up with the Board and Contractor to make sure taht the contract is adhered to. Communication - The purpose of this committe is to maintain communication between residents and associaton. Social/Recreation - This committee is to develop commuity cohesiveness by making communtiy activities to all age groups. Getting residents together to get to know each other. The recreation committee oversees the pool contract, reports any problems, and is the go between the residents and the board concerning the pool. Welcoming - The purpose of this committe is to welcome new residents to the neighborhood.
